Currently, our orders are shipped from our warehouses in different parts of the world including, e.g, US, EU & Asia, via our partnership with ePacket, USPS and various other logistic companies. 

Absolutely! We are proud to offer you affordable shipping options, no matter where you live. We provide free shipping around the world to keep the cost to our customers as low as possible. We also give our customers the option of insured shipping so that if anything happen to your parcel during transit to your destination (no matter where you are located), we'll send out another free of charge.

Shipping times vary according to shipping location, however we will always work to ship out items as soon as feasibly possible. Our estimates for shipping times are as follows:

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed before being shipped out. Processing includes sourcing, verification quality assurance & packaging.

Please contact us immediately under these circumstances. Due to the speed at which we process orders and prepare for shipping we may be unable to alter the shipping address, especially if the order has already been shipped. However if we are informed immediately, we may be able to correct any errors in the shipping details before the order is processed.

Tracking

We provide tracking information no matter where you are located! Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your tracking number included after 2-4 days once your order has been shipped out. Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to show updates, so please wait 2-3 days before checking your order with the tracking number provided by us. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days please contact our support team.

 If you can't seem to find an email with your tracking information, check your spam. If you still cannot find an email within 5 business days of placing your order, please email our customer service team so we can check up on our email automation system & send you the correct tracking information for your order.
